This lovely oceanfront townhouse is located in Summer Beach Village on Amelia Island, offering a picturesque view of the Atlantic with wonderful sunrises. Take a stroll along the beach or a relaxing dip in the pool. This home has a fully equipped kitchen with combined living and dining areas, Including all new living room furniture, a washer and dryer, and a cable TV. The ocean-view primary bedroom is located upstairs and has a king-size bed and a walk-in shower. The upstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed with its own private bath featuring a tub/shower combo. This suite's entrance is on the second level, with about 16 stairs to the front entry and about 18 located inside the unit.
THINGS TO KNOW
The owners of this condo are members of the private Golf Club & Beach Club. Guests can enjoy the resort amenities which include:
•Private Pool - Non Heated note: no fitness club access
•Tennis & Pickle Ball Courts - MUST call the club to schedule court time
•Private Beach Area-5000 Summer Beach Blvd complimentary towels, chairs/umbrellas small fee. Food & Beverage concession. (Memorial Day - Labor Day)
•Access to the Ritz Carlton's beautiful oceanfront golf course: Must call to schedule tee time.
•The Amenity card fee is $125 + tax and applicable fees.
•Amenity Cards must be purchased, activated and obtained through the local Amelia Office.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

There were 4 of us staying here, 2 couples. All of us really did enjoy this townhome. It had everything we needed to help make our vacation one to remember, a very positive experience. It must attract a lot of very nice clientele, as we enjoyed meeting the other residents, both visitors and owners. Loved the location of Sailmaker and our unit was situated very nicely. We had a gorgeous view of the ocean, morning sun and always some breeze, certainly enough to make our time outside very enjoyable. Having two en-suite bedrooms on the 2nd floor was perfect! The bathrooms also appeared to have been recently renovated. We found the unit to be clean and quite comfortable. In a review I read before deciding on this particular one, it mentioned the artwork, and I thought “okay”, but not sure why that would matter. We have changed our minds after thoroughly enjoying the artwork they had! It was lovely, appropriate, and very nicely done, an added bonus. The kitchen was lacking a few essentials, but we didn’t find that unusual, as I’m sure things unintentionally go missing for one reason or another. AND it was equipped some items (in our experience) that other units have been lacking. We certainly managed! Having a ready supply of disinfectant was a very nice addition. It was easy for us to make quick contact and receive quick responses about the unit at any time. Thank you for a wonderful, memorable vacation!

Great views and location. For the most part condo was clean, and pictures were accurate. Appliances all worked. Kitchen is nice. Clearly there is some sort of water issue going on - paint peeling off of the ceiling in master was not expected, porch floor was always wet, despite no rain. Weirdest choice here was the steps, where instead of wrapping the file, there is some sort of metal rim on the edge that was sharp, especially for kids.
