About this apartment rental
Maui Sunset #B-303 is a charming third floor 1 bed 2 bath unit with a partial ocean view, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, window unit air conditioning units in both the bedroom and the living room, and ceiling fans throughout. There is a king bed in the bedroom and the en suite bathroom includes a tub shower combo. The convenient second bathroom is equipped with a shower. A comfortable easy no fuss (no need to take out all the cushions) pull out queen sofa bed and cable television is provided in the living room. In addition, there is complimentary high speed wireless. This unit is also equipped with a twin sized murphy bed to accommodate a fifth guest.
Make sure to enjoy a meal on the lani which overlooks the picturesque Maui Sunset courtyard. For beach days, Maui Sunset #B-303 provides beach chairs and beach towels and there is a telephone provided for local calls. Maui Sunset #B-303 sleeps 5.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

Cute community. Beautiful property grounds. Very well maintained. Condo was very outdated. Tiny TV in bedroom. Pool was nice but someone had a Birthday party with lots of kids throwing frisbees which were hitting people, running and jumping everywhere so we left. We would suggest updating the condo.

Great stay and we love Maui Sunset. Perfect location for everything. Great pool and hot tub. Oceanfront with unbeatable sunsets. Nice to have 2 bathrooms and AC. Thanks again.

The property is super clean, location is quiet and close to the pool.It however is really rundown. The stove has an indicator light that stays on( it’s NOT a hot surface button). The pillows for the Murphy and sofa bed are so flat and tired looking. The sliding door is SO very heavy to move and the sliding screen door is rusty and keeps falling off. Some of the coffee mugs are cracked along with a cracked strainer and other items. The cutting boards are stored where the garbage can is and that’s just gross. The transition from the bedroom to the washroom looks like stuck glue to the floor, very unsightly. Weird green towels that get fluff all over you when you shower. The main washroom faucet is so hard to turn on and provides a little stream of water. The master bedroom shower only provides warm water and doesn’t get hot. There is a one inch gap when the front door is closed.The management company is lovely and friendly. The unit served its purpose but I felt for the money we paid, there should be way better upkeep. Pillows are $10 there’s no need to have floppy flat ones when your guests are shelling out thousands to stay there. Would NOT rent this old unit again.
