The property was beautiful. The location was excellent. Coldwell Bank manages the property and for the most part, they were excellent with communication. We only had one glitch with checkin but we resolved it at the front desk. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Maui,.especially if you lile pickleball. They have a park with open free play by the beach, walking distance from the property.

Very nice grounds. There are few improvements needed. The furniture is worn and tired. The couch upholstery is worn through. Bed mattress could be better also.

Reviewer Comments:
Good location and clean facility. Whole place is family friendly and beautiful gardens.Minor gripe with specific unit -1) TV and cable modem were all unplugged 2) Admin office had no records of our stay Major gripe - main room Air conditioner manual timer is not good for sleeping. Suggestion - louvre on front door (as with other units) and security grill on bedroom window would allow for great breezes through the unit and less aircon which seems to be the owners concern. Will look for another unit next time.
