The property was very nice and the communication with the owner was excellent. The only issues were the coffee maker and a few other things didn't work. But overall was a very great place.

The unit that we stayed in was perfect for our group of 6 adults. Very clean. Comfortable beds. The location was good for our group as we like to walk to as many places as possible and we were able to walk to restaurants and downtown. Be prepared to hear the train going by early in the morning. We enjoyed watching the party buses go by! Would stay there again! Nashville was a lot of fun.

Renting was stream lined. Condo was clean located just down the road from downtown. Took us 3 minutes to get there via car. Like any large city you turn one way down the road it’s nice the other direction not the best. It was perfectly located for us to reach softball in Drakes park but also to enjoy downtown Nashville. There is a phenomenal little ice cream/sandwich shop located right next door, they make there own ice cream. I would rent again.

Renting the property was easy. Accommodations were comfortable. They only allot for one vehicle to be parked in the parking lot. Most of the property was clean, but the floors were dirty and there was dried puke on the Jack and Jill door separating the upstairs bedrooms. The water pressure is also terrible. The rental was a short drive to downtown which was nice.
Overall, the rental wasn't terrible, but we certainly felt it was overpriced based on what we saw.
