CozySuites in Nashville's Music Row/Midtown offers two units: 2BR/2BA and 1BR/1BA. Newly built and centrally located, they provide comfort near top amenities. This CozySuites is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay and all the comforts of home.

Guest has access to entire apartment and all of the building amenities.



The Neighborhood:

There are so many places within walking distance of our building in Music Row! Old Glory and Bella Napoli are some favorites. I would suggest you look up Nashville Guru and look at Hillsboro and Edge Hill neighborhoods. You will see pictures and be able to look at shopping, restaurants and tons of other interesting information about where you will be staying.



Getting Around:

Despite our free parking spot, a car is not needed! We are walking distance to Midtown where you'll find local bars! Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way! For the bold and adventurous, we recommend the dockless Lime scooters, which is how we travel :)



Other Things to Note:

Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.



To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
