- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that is under 30 lbs and non- shedding (1 dog only). If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.

We had a good stay for a weekend girls' trip. Check in was easy. We had a little snafu when we arrived and the upstairs air conditioning did not work. The property management company was very responsive and had people out the next day to fix it. The description of the property and its amenities are accurate. The pots and pans are a little old and scrapped up and they do not have any other household items if you are looking for spices, aluminum foil, Tupperware, etc., you'll need to bring or purchase. Overall, we had a great time, the property is only about a 10-minute Uber ride to Broadway and the street was relatively quiet and safe.
