In this part of midtown Ocean City, you'll be one block from the beach and right on Coastal Highway, providing you with easy access to a wide variety of restaurants, shops, bars, markets, miniature golf courses, and other sources of entertainment. The Assawoman Bay Bridge and the Ocean City Tennis Center are just one mile south, while the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk is four miles south.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The third year we stayed at this unit. It’s very comfortable we love the balcony view of the bay. Convenient that the beach is just a block away. It features an outdoor pool and a hot tub

Nicely equipped and comfortable condo with a lovely balcony and view of the bay. Central location to most attractions and restaurants in Ocean City. Didn't get to use pool as the weather didn't cooperate during our visit. Enjoyed our short time there and would stay in this condo again.

This unit is exceptional, views, decor, cleanliness, layout. 4 adults for an extended weekend. We would definitely rent this property again.

Pros: Beautiful mid-town location with spectacular bayside view and sunsets! Pool is quiet with a no nonsense relaxing atmosphere complete with pool monitor to ensure it stays that way. Condo itself was quiet as far as human noise and clean for the most part. Cons: AIR CONDITIONER!!! The temp in the condo was 78 most of the time and no matter what we set it to it remained uncomfortably hot making it for a rough nights sleep. On top of that it never stopped running and sounded like a jet engine taking off right next to the secondary bedroom and the noise was not much better throughout the rest of the condo. There were opened bags of candy in one of the dresser drawers. Light bulbs were burnt out in each bathroom. The condo overall is very dimly lit. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we checked in. The person I communicated with before arriving stated there was no iron or ironing board in the condo, so I purchased a travel iron and board to bring down only to find BOTH in the closet upon check in. I would recommend the building, just not this particular condo unless you're in a pinch. We stayed in a larger bayfront condo last summer without the problems. So this condo gets a meh 3 stars.
