In this part of midtown Ocean City, you'll be mere steps from the beach in one direction and a block from Coastal Highway in the other, providing you with easy access to a wide variety of restaurants, shops, bars, markets, miniature golf courses, and other sources of entertainment. The Assawoman Bay Bridge and the Ocean City Tennis Center are just one mile south, while the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk is four miles south.
Things to Know
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

All I have are minor complaints for a property this cheap. No washer/dryer or Dishwasher is a bummer, but it was listed in the posting - so it didn’t come as a surprise. Honestly, there isn’t room for them anyway. A lot of the furniture and appliances are outdated, but again it’s minor. Basically what you see in the listing is what you get. It was a nice little getaway for the week. And the internet clocked in at 500mbps, which was very nice. We’ve been going to OC for years, and no one invests in a decent internet connection, so that was a bonus. Beautiful oceanfront property within walking distance of the Bayside Skillet and Fractured Prune, which made my wife and kids very happy :)

The location of this condo is veey close to the beach. Great if you have kids. The place was set nice and had many imenities. One draw back no DW. Beds were comfortable, many utensils, pots and dishes. Loved that the sheets & towels were provided as well a bag with toiletries. Walking distance to quite a few eating places & block off costal hwy. One negative, the living room furniture could be upgraded. Nice but older and well used( reason for 4 stars)
