Close proximity to the beach. On-site has grills next to the pool. Spacious balcony. Room was a bit dusty, furniture and style definitely outdated. Mattress in master bedroom is very uncomfortable. Only given 4 large bath towels for a room made for 6 people, for a week. Nice property but this specific room needs an little attention.

Enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and the on-site gas grills. The furniture is a bit dated with pretty uncomfortable mattresses. Sofa was more comfortable to sleep on. All the dishes were clean and the kitchen was well to led with appliances, cookware and utensils. Only had 4 large bath towels for a room made to sleep 6 people.

The view was amazing. The place was pretty clean. Balcony was fine, wish the fan on the left had moved more. Grateful for the fans on the balcony. I had trouble getting in. The lock was unusual and we didn’t know how to work it. Called the office and they were finally able to explain. The bathroom in the second room had a showerhead, but no way to direct the water to it. I’m larger and older. I can’t use just a tub. There was a musty, mildew smell in that room. I would check the bath. The main bedroom was where I had to shower. Family member said it was ok. I really could have used some directions about using the room and how to leave it. We did the dishes and washed some of the towels. We received a little more information fifteen minutes before we left to go home. Really not much on expectations. The place we rented last year gave us a great explanation of what needed to be done. Our stay was not bad but we don’t want to stay in this condo again. Beds wer uncomfortable. But we will stay at Regency again.
