**Right now we are only taking bookings for 2 people***. This four-bedroom, two and a half bath, around 3,000-square foot home, has a spacious and flowing open floor plan, two-level outdoor deck and 4 large bedrooms. Perfect for entertaining a group or family for Derby (indoors and outdoors!) and for the holidays! Reach out to us regarding holiday specials!
Also talk about LOCATION, this home is easy access to the best restaurant and bar scenes around Louisville. You will be in the Brownsboro Road/St. Matthews area and the house is a skip away from Frankfort Ave., NULU, and the Highlands/Bardstown Road area (5-15 minute drive). Walkable distance to some of the most popular restaurants in town (Mojitos (Spanish/Cuban Tapas style), Grassa Gramma (Italian), Shiraz (Mediterranean), Thai Café, Liege and Dairy (the best ice-cream shop), boutiques (Rodeo Drive and Rhodes), locally loved grocery store Paul’s Fruit Market, Holiday Manor, Kroger, CVS, Walgreens, free tennis courts, and gas station (with designated sidewalks to get there.)
