About this house rental
Finding one place that fits the whole group is usually the hardest part of the trip. This one solves it with two full apartments under one roof, both renovated, both yours.
Each unit has its own kitchen, living area and bathrooms, so mornings don't turn into a line for the shower and nobody has to cook for twelve in one kitchen. When it's time to regroup, there's the front porch and the backyard.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
You're in Crescent Hill, one of Louisville's most walkable neighborhoods, a few blocks from the local restaurants, breweries, coffee shops and boutiques on Frankfort Avenue. Downtown is about 10 minutes away by car, Churchill Downs about 15, and the airport about 15. Uber and Lyft are quick to arrive, and rentable scooters are usually close by.
PARKING AND CHECK-IN
The driveway and the street spots in front of the house are all yours. Check-in is self-serve with a keypad on each door, and your codes arrive before your stay.
GOOD TO KNOW
The upstairs unit is reached by stairs, and there is no elevator.
Exterior cameras record audio and video, are triggered by motion and are active during your stay. There are no cameras inside the house.
Please sign the rental agreement and confirm your contact info within 24 hours of booking. Bookings without a signed agreement may be cancelled under the cancellation policy.
The WiFi login asks for an email and phone number.

RENTAL AGREEMENT/REQUEST FOR CONTACT INFORMATION: In accordance with booking platform policy and local regulations, guests are required to provide contact information and sign all Rental Agreements within 24 hours of booking. If guests do not complete or refuse to sign the rental agreement, host reserves the right to cancel the reservation without penalty and the cancellation policy will still apply.
WIFI: All guests will be asked to enter email and phone number in order to access the free WiFi at this location. Contact confirmation is optional. In accordance with booking platform policy, we use apps to facilitate our guest experience and these apps may request contact information before, during, and after your confirmed stay.
KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.
RECORDING DEVICES: Recording devices are located on the exterior of the property. Devices record audio and video and recordings are triggered by motion. Devices will be active during guests stay. Recording devices only capture views of the exterior. Guest safety and privacy are top priorities. These recording devices exist solely for the safety and security of our great guests!
NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home
CHECK IN: Contactless check in is available until 10 pm EST via keypad. Any guests planning to check in after 10 pm EST must notify the host in writing prior to 10 pm to make accommodations for after hours check in. The host may not be available to assist with any check in issues between 10 pm and 9 am EST
NUMBER OF GUESTS WE HOST: We expect to only host the number of people on your reservation only. For insurance and safety purposes, please make sure your reservation reflects the accurate number of people. Otherwise you may be subject to a fee and you may be asked to leave.

We rented the entire duplex, upstairs/downstairs. My family had an enjoyable stay in a clean, lovely, well-appointed and maintained, centrally located duplex in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from most attractions in Louisville, with ample off street parking for our three cars. Management is customer oriented (a rarity these days) provided prompt replies and an accurate depiction of the property.We will rent this house again!

This property was clean and is located in a perfect part of Louisville for a vacationing family or vacationing adult friend group. There are plenty of beds on the first floor if you have family members with mobility issues as well. I can say I highly recommend this VRBO property to those visiting Louisville.

We had an amazing Derby weekend staying here. The house was just as described, well laid out, super clean and we had great communication with our host. This was a perfect set up for our group and the location was wonderful.

One of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in! The host communicated with me throughout the whole process, even when there was a bump in my road and I couldn't be the one who checked in to the property. Both units were updated and decorated beautifully. Bathrooms were very nice. There are both separate outside entrances and an inside staircase off one of the downstairs bedrooms to access the upstairs unit. Would be perfect if your group is multigenerational as there are two living areas if people have different sleep habits.Convenient location. Plenty of parking in the drive and extra parking on the quiet neighborhood street.You won't be disappointed if you rent. It fit our needs perfectly!
