It includes a free on-site parking spot located directly behind the building and in-unit laundry! The unit is a walker's paradise, with so much nearby, including great shops and restaurants, the lake, the zoo, downtown, Wrigley Field, public transportation, Starbucks, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, a gourmet market, parks, playgrounds and more!

We had a lovely stay in Erika’s beautiful apartment in Lincoln Park. Check-in and check-out could not have been easier. She was so accommodating with our last minute planning! The location is perfect, close to everything and good restaurants, but the tree-lined block is very quiet. Apartment is clean, specious and has everything you could need! We would definitely stay again!
