Guest Access:
Our unit's up on the second floor. Guests have full private access to the unit, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, and kitchen. Check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Located in Chicago’s sought-after Lincoln Park neighborhood, offers a vibrant mix of city living and neighborhood charm. With trendy shops, restaurants, parks, and easy transit access nearby, it’s a lively yet comfortable area perfect for both professionals and families.
Getting Around:
Our place is easy to get to, with nearby bus stops like Diversey & Ashland just a 3-minute walk away. Diversey and Paulina train stations are also close by, just a few minutes away.

Additional screening may be required, including a government-issued ID or a security deposit when applicable.
Pets are not permitted on the property. Bringing animals without prior authorization may result in additional fees.
Damage Waiver
For a little extra peace of mind during your stay, you may choose a non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver instead of a traditional refundable security deposit.
The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for minor accidental damage, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.
Please keep in mind that it does not cover intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, house-rule violations, pet-related damage, negligence, or misuse.
After booking, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details and select your preferred damage protection option.
If you choose not to purchase the Damage Waiver, you will remain responsible for any damages beyond the amount covered or held.

3 bedroom apartment with parking included in a new building!!! Relatively quiet residential neighborhood, easy walk to restaurants, and the Osco is a block away. 20 minute walk to Diversey station on the Brown Line L train. Apartment was extremely clean, quiet, and comfortable. We had no difficulty with access to the apartment. We plan to stay again next time we're in Chicago. FYI, the apartment is a walkup on an upper floor - no elevator.We did have some difficulty communicating with the host. We requested but did not receive check-in information until the morning of the arrival day. Then the host pushed the check-in time later. We were already en route and couldn't give the instructions our full attention. The parking instruction video was dark and blurry. The parking spots were not numbered. I sent a photo of where we parked as soon as we arrived, but did not receive a response until the neighbors complained. Fortunately, we got everything figured out, we were able to sleep soundly, and we really enjoyed the neighborhood.Thank you for hosting us in this beautiful home.

If you are going to require 2 forms of ID, a selfie, employer information, everyone’s first and last name with age, car information for parking. This should all be done days before and not couple of hrs before getting access to the location. I would recommend getting a new toaster and actually use the ice maker. When we got there…only 2 trays of Ice cubs which wasn’t enough for 6 people with water bottles. If the ice maker was on we would had enough ice cubes for everyone in the evening and morning.
