Summary:
This unique townhome is in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Chicago: southeast Lincoln Park. Walk to the Lincoln Park Zoo, Nature Preserve, Lilly Pond, North Pond, sports fields, North Avenue Beach and more!

The Space:
This is a three-story townhome. The ground floor has the full kitchen, living room, dining room and entryway with bikes. Access to the private patio (outdoor dining table, umbrella, sectional, lounge chairs, sunsetter, and grill ) is through the living room. A spiral staircase takes you up to the top floor and down to a finished basement. The top floor contains bedroom #1 (king bed), bedroom #2 (queen bed, twin bunk beds, HD TV), and a full bathroom. The finished basement contains an extra large sectional sofa that converts into a sofa bed, a projector screen and mini fridge. In-unit laundry is located within the basement in a walk-in closet.
Guest Access:
You'll have access to my entire home, and you're welcome to use everything you have access to. There are a few closets that are locked for my personal storage, but you'll have access to the basement closet for laundry and one closet in each bedroom.

Just steps from tree-lined streets, historic architecture, neighborhood restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and parks, the area offers a quiet residential feel while still being close to everything the city has to offer.
You’ll be just a short walk from Lincoln Park Zoo, Oz Park, the lakefront, North Avenue Beach, and some of Chicago’s best dining and shopping along Armitage, Halsted, and Clark Street. Public transportation and rideshare options make it easy to explore downtown, Wrigleyville, Old Town, River North, and the rest of the city.
Whether you’re visiting for a family trip, a weekend getaway, or an extended stay, this Lincoln Park location offers the perfect mix of neighborhood charm, convenience, and classic Chicago character.

We rented this property as Chicago residents as we were preparing to relocate for work. This property is where you want to stay. It is ideally located and easily accessible to everything you could need. The parking spot is a gift. Starbucks is around the corner, RJ Grunts, Chicago Oven Pizza and Oven Grinder, and two grocery stores provide ample eating options. CTA 22, 36, 151 get you into and out of the city with ease. The patio is appropriately furnished, private, and well landscaped. The unit is clean and the owner exceptionally responsive. In a city full of options this is the one we will select every time we are back.

Prime location in Lincoln Park area with quick access to DT Chicago. Town home is roomy, cozy, and clean that is perfect for families or groups of 4-8 people. Great private patio space for enjoying outdoor time, very pet friendly, and an epic downstairs lounge area for games, TV and quality living time. Well equipped kitchen and lots of amenities available in-house and nearby. Highly recommend for family vacations and will plan on booking again!

One of the nicest rental properties I’ve stayed in, with plenty of amenities like white noise makers in every room, in an unbelievable location in Chicago.
