With a Gulf-facing balcony, you'll love the view this condo offers with access from living room and master bedroom! The building is across street from the Gulf but most amenities are directly on the Gulf side with access via an enclosed crosswalk. On the Gulf side, you'll have access to an outdoor pool with a lazy river, hot tub as well as a gated boardwalk to the beach. There is a second outdoor pool on the same side as the complex, as well as restroom areas, BBQ area, and a fitness center.
THINGS TO KNOW
Crystal Tower will be under construction during Fall 2025, however weather delays may extend the construction project into the Winter. Construction equipment and workers will be present on site during this time. Construction noise is to be expected during working hours. North exterior views of the lagoon may be obstructed at any time. Parking and access may be limited or rerouted as needed. The elevated walkway will be closed and rerouted while the second floor is recoated. For inquiries regarding the construction timeline, please call our 24/7 guest experience line.

Set up is great and the view is just like in the photo, just better! The place is clean enough and decorated okay- but if you don't plan to stay in your room much, it's more than adequate. Otherwise, the fixtures have some rust and dust, living room and kitchen furniture seems placed hodgepodge. Love the deck! Bring your own TP for comfort. No extras in kitchen like coffee pods, spices, etc., so you need all that if you plan to cook or drink coffee. You can't take the provided beach cart through the big tunnel. You can't take take it outside across the street then into the pool area with the gate code to get to the beach gate. Awkward. Beach umbrella doesn't work well. We did not try the big canopy, but it would be nice. All the beach supplies are a plus, but no beach towels; 2 beach chairs. Loved the pools and hot tubs! The beach is great, too (if no purple flag/marine pests like jellyfish). We drive to Pensacola one of the days, as they had green flags (mild and no jellyfish).

The condo was great. Communication was very prompt and helpful. Didn't realize building was across the street from beach. But walkway was helpful.

Loved the location of this condo and access to the beach. The beach was not overly crowded. Gulf Shores is such a fun place with lots of great food and things to do.
This condo could use some improvement with cleanliness and noise levels. The main pool tended to have lots of people by late morning, recommend going to the smaller pool.
