About this house rental

Very large townhome ( around 3000 sf ) with elevator. Top to bottom on 4 floors with 4 bedrooms, 2 balconies, 3.5 baths, living room, foyer, dinning room with table for 8, large, fully equipped open kitchen, tv, wifi, 2 car private garage, outdoor shower, huge private roof top with ocean and bay view. Just painted with all brand new furniture. Licensed and inspected by Seaside township. 4 minutes walk to beach, boardwalk, best restaurants, 7 minutes walk Seaside Amusement Park with rollercoaster, water park, mini golf many other rides and games. 10 minutes ( by car ) to Island Beach State Park with pristine beaches and great fishing.

Absolutely a fabulous place to stay. The accommodations were perfect for a family. The house was equipped with beach paraphernalia and toys for children. The big kitchen is perfect for family dinners. And the location is wonderful. A short walk to the beach. The host was readily available if needed. A perfect spot!

Exceptional property located close to beach! Very clean and comfortable. So easy to check in and out. Host is excellent to work with. Had a fantastic weekend! The roof access is a major plus.

Chris’s place was the perfect place to stay for our family to attend my son’s Jack and Jill shower. The place is immaculate and Chris has thought of everything to make you feel right at home.It was walking distance to the boardwalk and some great restaurants. Don’t think twice just book it….you won’t be sorry!!!!
