This amazing lake home was completed in 2021 and offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with amazing amenities and views! Amenities include a sand beach, dock, multiple stairs into the lake, kayaks, paddle boards, a gas grill, lakeside firepit, awesome furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen and ample parking just to name a few. The property is conveniently located on the water and by land with easy access to Chucks Marina, Chimney Rock & Goat Island to name a few. The house offers amazing views and gorgeous sunsets! Downstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining, & laundry. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a bonus/media room.
We are located approximately 30 minutes from Auburn University which make us a great spot to stay for Auburn home games!

Wonderful location and house. Grandkids loved the shallow area by the dock and the paddle boards and kayaks.
