Boat Launch 1/2 mile away. Evening shade best way fo enjoy lake view.i
Incredible view, private pool, deep water dock, sun deck at boat dock, private gate, Movie Room, WiFi, Bluetooth Stereo with speakers inside, on deck and around pool, outdoor games, kayak’s & corn hole, pool volleyball, pool basketball, boat launch just down the street, 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms; main level has King Master with private bath, family room, kitchen with granite and stainless appliances, laundry room. Upper level had two spacious Queen bedrooms with a shared bath. Lower level has two king bedrooms sharing private bath, mini kitchen with frig, bar, game / tv room for the kids to get away. Outside a huge covered porch to enjoy your coffee, breakfast with incredible views.
One Hypoallergenic dog less than 50lbs is allowed for a fee.
Pool is not heated, but most guest find it comfortable prior to October. Pool closed October 7th- Apr 15 unless we agree on different dates.

* Incredible Golf 34 miles to Grand National Golf Club 54 holes, Capital Hill 54 holes less than hour away,
MAXIMUM of 12 people allowed for this property including children.
The view, privacy of the lot, pool, patio, spacious gathering areas for adults and Children with plenty of beds for all. There is a TV in every room. Please do not change the wiring of any TV.
Minimum age to book is 30yrs old. Major Summer Holidays require 7 day booking.
Other amenities include private pool, large exterior dock for boats and swimming, Weber gas grill, fully stocked kitchen. Stillwaters Golf Course 10 minutes, 28.1 miles to Auburn University.
GREAT Dining options: By sunset and live music outside at Chuck's Restaurant, Springhouse at Crossroads (spoil your family it is 5 Star and they pick you up at dock), Kowaliga Rest. 10 min from Niffer's (live Music in Summer), Oskar's Restaurant's and Judy's Stagecoach.
Pool will be closed for winterization on October7th - April 15th unless mutually agreed to open.
Property has exterior security camera monitoring system, for driveway, side yard and dock, there are none on interior or focus on the pool. NO smoking allowed of any kind in the house, on the deck, on any porches or on the property at all!!!

Perfect spot on Lake Martin. The pictures do not do it justice! Very well maintained home with a fully stocked kitchen and 2 grills!

Kelley was a pleasure to deal with. The house was great for a big family. What sets it apart also is how well stocked it was - kitchen has great equipment, the host had towels for guests to use, pack and play, fun games for kids. The pool is such a plus as well. Highly recommend.

It was a wonderful stay! Couldn’t have asked for a better location. House was beautiful and tidy. Chris was a fantastic host and was very timely on his responses. Looking forward to coming back!
