Kick back and enjoy the peace and quiet of Pacifico C508. This three-bedroom condo tucked on the hillside in the Pacifico development offers sleeping space for 6 across 3 bedrooms, as well as a private terrace and massive living space.

We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Situated right off the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, a children's play area and a sports complex. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 15-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR you can take one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access.
Playas del Coco is just a 30-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!
Guests have private use of the condo and share the development's community spaces with other guests.
This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo is designed for comfort and convenience. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, complete with a Smart TV and plenty of natural light. Step out to your private balcony to enjoy tropical views and gentle breezes. You’ll also have private laundry and a dedicated underground parking space for a seamless stay.

The guest bedrooms share a full bathroom.
Getting Around
Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).
There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk)
PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and features ocean-view infinity pools, multiple lounge areas, beach access, and poolside food and beverage service.
The current admission fee is *₡20,000 CRC per person, per day, of which *₡13,200 CRC is credited toward food and beverage purchases** that day. The remaining balance is the admission fee. Children under 12 years old are admitted free of charge.
Payment is made *directly to the Beach Club by credit card only*. If using a foreign credit card, your card issuer will charge the applicable exchange rate and any foreign transaction fees.
The Beach Club provides complimentary pool towels, beach chairs, lounge areas, umbrellas, and shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the Beach Club.
Private cabanas are available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Advance reservations are not available for renters; guests may inquire directly with the Beach Club reception upon arrival.

* The PACIFICO Beach Club is typically closed for the month of October for annual maintenance.
* The Beach Club may close to the public at any time for private events. These closures are determined by the Beach Club and are outside of our control. We will notify guests as soon as we are informed.

Please note that the second and third floors of PACIFICO condominium buildings are accessible by stairs only. There are no elevators in the residential buildings. Guests with mobility concerns should consider this when selecting a property.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Playas del Coco, located in Pacífico – Clubhouse 508. The condo was exactly as described in the listing, which we really appreciated. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to settle in and enjoy our time right away.We have stayed at Pacífico before, and once again the property did not disappoint. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and very well cared for. The pools, landscaping, and overall atmosphere make it such a relaxing place to stay. The location is also great—close to town, restaurants, and the beach.Overall, this was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again. If you're looking for a comfortable place in a beautiful community in Playas del Coco, this is a fantastic option.

Everything was absolutely perfect during our stay. The condo is clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The balcony is a treat! Although this time the Pacifico beach club was closed, we were welcomed at the Cafe de Playa instead and it was great! The amenities - the gym, the juice bar, the Mercadito, Nikkei restaurant - all amazing. Love the proximity to the airport and the central location to seeing lots of other Costa Rica sites. 10/10! HIghly recommend.

The property was as listed and had great set up. Love the floor plan. We struggled with finding the place, mostly because the way setpoint was to the back gate, which we couldn’t enter, and the location is not pinned to the house. Once we started following the written directions, we were able to find it.

The condo was spacious and comfortable! The owner should consider improving the use of the TV. There were no "live channels" available and the owner only streams. I tried to add my Netflix account but wasn't able to. The house manager, came over and spent an hour and added us to her Netflix account!! Great service. In conversations with some locals we met, sounds like adding a "box" during the high season might be well worth the cost. Thanks.
