Comfortable open floor plan two bedroom/ 2 bathroom home approximately three years old with all new comfortable furnishings to maximize your enjoyment. The large Corian Island in the kitchen with double sink makes food preparation a breeze. Ten foot ceilings throughout add to the spacious feeling. The dining area looks out over serene greenery The flow through to the family room featuring a natural gas fireplace and a wide flat screen 'Smart TV' will provide maximum relaxation. There is a private porch in the rear with table and chairs for relaxing or dining. The Master Bedroom features a new king size bed, wide flat screen 'Smart TV', and a large walk in closet. A short walk will have you enjoying nature to the fullest on the Eagan's Creek Greenway trails. Sidewalks lead to beach access approximately 3/4 mile or enjoy two of the large public park beach access. The property was perfect for a month’s stay in Fernandina Beach. Very clean, comfortable two bedroom and welcoming to travelers with pets. The owners have gone out of their way to insure that all amenities are provided. They even provided a barbecue for outside dining! The home is very close to all the area has to offer—wonderful restaurants, shopping, nature preserves and the beaches. We couldn’t have been happier!
