Newly remodeled and very clean 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with a fully equipped kitchen. We have a 30-day minimum rental requirement with no exceptions.

Very relaxing stay. Perfect location - walk to beach bar, restaurant & Yoga on the Beach - close to Fort Clinch - beach is literally across the street. Couldn’t be any more convenient. Nice quiet, safe neighborhood. Nicely decorated, plenty of towels & fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds & nice linens. Loved it!

My youngest daughter and I were in town for a family wedding. The accommodation was clean and as advertised. You could hear the hear ocean for the front porch and the beach was a very short walk away. The location was very close to everything. Such a charming little town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I had a very nice stay at this adorable cottage. It is a very close 3 minute walk to the beautiful Fernandina Beach. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner. Comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood.
