HOUSE RULES:
- ONE DOG up to 60 pounds permitted - NO OTHER PETS ALLOWED
- No Smoking or Vaping of any kind
- No parties or events
- A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to fully confirm this reservation
- Minimum age to book is 25
- CANCELLATION: If reservation is canceled with less than 30-day notice the entire 50% deposit is forfeited. No shows or cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival will result in 100% forfeiture of the total rental amount. No refunds for early departure.
- Dogs must be crated while in the home alone per owner request.
- No charging of electric vehicles is permitted.
- 29 day minimum due to city regulations.

This is the second year my friend and I have spent the month of April in 802 S. 9 th Street. We absolutely love it. The house is perfect us and our little dogs. The house is less than 10 minutes to the beach or to downtown. Everyone in the neighborhood is super friendly. The home is well equipped with everything you need including beach chairs etc. We have already reserved again for next year. Ashley Butler, the property manager is wonderful. We had an issue with the air conditioning and it was addressed immediately.

We stayed for the month of April and it was absolutely perfect. The house is beautiful, well stocked and cozy. It is a quick 5 minute drive to the beach or to downtown, which makes it a perfect location. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard. The property manager Ashley was so easy to work with. She was quickly responsive to questions both via phone or email. We have already booked for next year.

Stayed here for a month with my husband and 1 year old. The space was accurate to site description and hosts were very responsive. The only complaint I have is there were so many extra linens and pillows that storage for our things was a bit difficult. Other than that, I highly reccomend!
