About this house rental
Ready for sunshine and perfect temperatures? Come enjoy the weather at the Heavenly Hideaway in Peoria, Arizona. The Heavenly Hideaway is located in a quiet, safe, gated community near the awesome P83 Entertainment District which has numerous restaurants, movie theaters and shopping within a five minute drive. Westgate, State Farm Stadium, Gila River Arena, Desert Diamond Casino and spring training at the Peoria Sports Complex are also nearby. This community has two pools, two spas, a dog park, and a basketball court. Community pools are NOT heated or chilled but hot tubs are nice and hot! Skunk Creek trailhead is located behind the community and is perfect for biking, walking and jogging.
This 1600sqft townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The main bedroom is downstairs and has a comfy King sized bed, walk-in custom closet, attached bathroom and a 32" Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube TV. There are also two more bedrooms, a full bathroom and a loft upstairs. Both upstairs bedrooms have queen sized beds and 32" Smart TVs. A living room area with lots of seating and a 50" Smart TV. Fully stocked galley style kitchen has all traditional appliances as well as a blender, popcorn popper, Crockpot, wok, electric skillet, Ninja Foodie and a Sous Vide. Nespresso and also a regular coffee maker and all the cooking utensils you need! (See pictures). Laundry room inside the unit has a brand new washer and dryer, laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided. Dining room with seating for 6. Relaxing loft area with a comfy oversized chair is the perfect reading nook. Enjoy dinner and drinks under the cafe lights in the private backyard. Real lush green winter grass. Self controlled central heat/AC. Two parking spaces inside the garage and two uncovered parking spaces in the driveway. Housebroken, well behaved pets welcome. Doggie door available upon request.

This is my third year in a row staying for an extended period on a work trip at Al and Terrye's wonderful townhome -- and it's remarkable that the experience continues to get better. Not only are they incredibly welcoming and amazing with communication, the entire place is stocked with everything a guest would need to feel right at home. The kitchen setup is stocked with every appliance imaginable, while the grill is pristine and primed for cooking amazing meals. The bedrooms are spacious and super comfortable, and the living room is perfect for relaxing after a long day's work. I cannot recommend this place enough for the totality of the package and incredibly reasonable rate. Will be back every year so long as they'll have me!

We couldn't have been happier with this stay! The home was super clean, tastefully furnished and very, very comfortable. It also was the most well-stocked vacation rental we've ever experienced! The host responded to our messages very quickly and even volunteered to place a delivery inside the garage when we left town for an evening. The nearby pool was well kept and the neighborhood was quiet - in fact, we never heard our neighbors during the entire 6+ week stay. The unit is immediately across the street from a rarely-used dog park, which was convenient for us. We give this VRBO our highest recommendation!

This property has felt like a home away from home. For the second straight year, Al and Terrye kindly invited me back and made the space feel so welcoming. It's fully stocked with every cleaning and kitchen supply you could imagine, is squeaky clean, widely spacious and safely tucked within a gated neighborhood. Moreover, their communication leading up to and throughout my lengthy stay was seamless and speedy. Hoping to once again return for my annual trip to Peoria!
