This is a 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and is 1450 square feet. Granite counter tops, 26 cubic foot Refrigerator and electric stove. This is a beautiful Peoria home. This home is perfect for Spring Training or Snowbirds in a quiet neighborhood. New A/C and Heater in 2019! Premium Mattresses! The home has an attached 2 car garage. Bring your bikes or running shoes, the home is less than a mile from the trail system. This is a 50 mile trail. I have another Airbnb home down the street for more family.
The space
This home is a full-time AirBnb home. It is full furnished and includes dishes, premium mattresses and quality cotton sheets , towels, cookware, coffee maker, etc. The patio is furnished with table, chairs and a BBQ. You are free to park in the garage. There is a garage door remote left at the house for your convenience. The home is key-less for your safety with AUGUST SMART LOCK integration. You are sent a code after you book the home. The code only works for the time of your reservation. There is a great park at the end of the street. Close to shopping and sports arenas. NEW AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM INSTALLED IN JANUARY OF 2019! This is a great home for summer guest too!!!

This is a citywide paved trail for walking, running or cycling. there are over 50 miles of trails available from this trail. If you have any questions or concerns during your stay you are able to contact Tom at 602-301-5683.

The Please keep the propane turned off on the BBQ if not in use. I also have other Airbnb homes in the area if you are accommodating a large group.
