Loved this house. It was perfect for our family. Short walk to the beach or the river. All the amenities were so nice! Very clean & had everything & more for our stay.

Had a wonderful stay! The house has everything and then some. The upstairs loft bedroom was my favorite area. You can really tell that the owners care about their property and about their guests. Location is perfect. One minute walk to the beach and one minute walk to the river. I’m in Cocoa beach once or twice a month and have stayed in many rentals. This one is definitely a favorite!

Stayed for a spring break trip with the family. The house was just what we needed. We especially enjoyed the back porch. It was nice that the beach was so close but heads up that it’s a busy road to cross to get there. Not too difficult but could be more challenging with little kids vs. teenagers.
