About this house rental
Classic, peaceful, tropical house with stunning grounds. Amazing mini resort with 3 exclusive outside levels. Upper level has refreshing salt water pool, outside BBQ/bar with refrigerator & sink, waterfall, fountain & fire pit. Serene middle level has Mexican style picnic table with umbrella. Lower level is a sports haven of private paddle tennis, pickleball & basketball court. Enjoy the best of indoor-outdoor living with patio, exclusive garden for dining, grilling & relaxing by the sparkling pool. Although pool is not heated, we have had guests swimming every month of year.

Everything was nice and clean. We were in town for golf and really enjoyed winding down at the end of the day in the back yard. Would rent again

My wife and I spent a week here with our two boys and their significant others and two of our grandkids. The home is very well kept up and had everything we needed. We had room to park three cars in the garage and driveway. The backyard is simply amazing. The landscaping is beautiful and the swimming pool was loved by all. There is a very nice BBQ area with a sink and refrigerator which was great. There is a large table on the patio which could accommodate all nine of us and we really enjoyed eating together as a family. There were plenty of chairs around the pool as well. There is a pickleball/basketball court as well as cornhole and a plastic axe throwing board. We all really enjoyed the outdoor living here. To top it all off communication with the owners was always friendly and helpful. This was a perfect place for our family vacation Highly recommended!

What a perfect host/home!Silvia & John left no stone unturned. Always quick to communicate.Our family of 6 adults were very comfortable.The outside was just as amazing as the pics indicate! Yes it really is a HUGE backyard!And I’m told all beds were very comfy (the one thing you just can't tell in the pics!).There was salt and pepper, plus a well supplied spice rack, fyi.Would love to come again!A perfect 10!

We had an excellent stay! The property is so clean and well taken care of. It was amazing to have our own little resort with a pickleball court, basketball, a pool and a beautiful yard to relax in. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from restaurants and stores. The beach is not far, a quick 15 min drive. The house is stocked with everything you can think of. We will definitely stay again if we head back out this way!
