This shore house is located a 2 minute walk to the beach in Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey.
Modern, fully-equipped kitchen as well as a washer and dryer.
Three bedrooms: two bedrooms have full beds; the other bedroom has two twin beds.

Walkable to beach and to Jenks Pavilion. Parking was a bit of a nightmare since there's no private parking with the property, but my group was there on a holiday weekend / week so that may have exacerbated it. We would rent again; we loved the beach badges, the beach chairs, outdoor shower, grill and outdoor dining, AC was strong, and the place was VERY clean when we arrived.
Our few gripes can be easily fixed: aside from the parking, the pillows (there were 4 beds and only 5 very very flimsy pillows that we ended up buying some) and the lack of basic kitchen tools (there were no scissors and no proper knives with which to cook, only steak knives).
