Easily sleeps 6 - we have 3 teenage girls and 1 boy. Worked great for us. Directly across from a pool, just down from tennis courts, and only a 3 minute golf ride from the beach!

Great couch with ottomans for all! Good unit and the included golf cart was an easy sell! Very quiet at the back of the property right next to a pool and grills. Loved the convenience of the stackable washer/dryer in the unit as well. Master bed/bath gets a little hot with afternoon heat so we ran the fans we found in the closet.

There was no hot tub as advertised.
The porch furniture was stained and so dirty, I put a towel down to sit each time.
There was dog poop on the rug on the back porch, as soon as we get there after a 13 hour drive that is what
I see.
The dryer would not dry our clothes, it took several times of restarting the dryer to get our clothes dry.
The inside of the condo was clean.
I would like to have had cleaning supplies in the condo to clean with during our stay, there was no toilet bowl cleaner, no glass cleaner. The kitchen table was glass, the coffee table and end tables had glass tops, it would have made our stay feel better if we had access to cleaning supplies..
Over all we had a great time, it was a beautiful location, we met a lot of nice neighbors that live there. The staff that we met were very friendly.
