Captain Jack's Pearl is located on the ground floor at Seamist Condominiums in Port Aransas. This one of a kind "Parrot Head" condo is perfect for a couple or a small family. Seamist Condos are in a great location for a nice walk to the beach and still close to downtown Port Aransas. They are nestled in a quiet area away from the busy parts of town, a nearby private wooden boardwalk allows safe access to the beach. If you are looking for a great value Condo with everything you need for a relaxing stay in Port Aransas then look no further.
Seamist Condominiums is a small complex and is in a great location for the beach and downtown Port Aransas and is still in a quiet area away from the busy parts of town. A nearby wooden boardwalk allows safe access to the Beach. 1 assigned parking space. No Boats or Trailers. Non Smoking complex. Sleeps up to 4.(including children) Located in the golf cart approved driving area.
This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.
Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Names and ages will be required for all reservations. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.
Must be 25 to reserve/stay. NO 3rd party rentals. Primary guests must be present for full stay. Only named guests permitted on property. No Parties.
As a reminder if your reservation falls between the dates of March 6-23rd if any guests are under the age of 25.
The reservation will be subject to extra scrutiny, and we reserve the right to cancel due to the age group of guests.
We do not allow parties or large groups. We aim to remain family friendly.

The overall experience was good. The manager and unit owner were very friendly. The outdoor shower at the condo unit did not work. Although the condos were suppose to be smoke free, the unit did smell like smoke to all of us. There was some mold on the hall ceiling and bedroom ceiling probably due to the a/c unit. The ceiling fans had not been cleaned in quite some time.

We were very happy with this place. It was clean and comfortable and met our needs. The best part for me was how close it was to the beach - just a short boardwalk. We have a 4 month old baby and knew we would have to carry her and anything else we wanted to bring to the beach but this place was ground level and easy access. The pool was a nice feature as well. It is also close to all the shops and activities in town.
