Located in The SeaMist Condos with Beach Boardwalk and Pool. No Pets.
Come stay in The Little Grass Shack. This ground floor condo is located very close to the beach in Seamist (was Sand and Surf ) Condominuims . Assigned parking is just in front of your patio. The beach is about 200 yards away over a wooden boardwalk.
After a day at the beach you can relax and have a cocktail on the porch and enjoy the ocean breeze. The condo is very close to town and is the perfect place for your family's vacation needs.1 assigned parking space. No Boats or Trailers

Seamist Condominiums is a small complex and is in a great location for the beach and downtown Port Aransas and is still in a quiet area away from the busy parts of town. A nearby wooden boardwalk allows safe access to the Beach. 1 assigned parking space. No Boats or Trailers. Non Smoking complex. Sleeps up to 4. (including children)
This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.
Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Names and ages will be required for all reservations. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.
Must be 25 to reserve/stay. NO 3rd party rentals. Primary guests must be present for full stay. Only named guests permitted on property. No Parties.
As a reminder if your reservation falls between the dates of March 6-23rd if any guests are under the age of 25.
The reservation will be subject to extra scrutiny, and we reserve the right to cancel due to the age group of guests.
We do not allow parties or large groups. We aim to remain family friendly.

The host was accomodating as we got in late and they made sure we were able to get in. We enjoyed our stay. Close proximity to beach.

The place was cute and just the size we needed. The location was great and easy to find. The accommodations worked perfectly the three of us. The only issue was the place did smell of smoke and there was no air freshener to make it better. The smell irritated are allergies.

Great location close to shopping as well as beach. Very cute & clean! Host was great. We were set to arrive around 12:30 am, she had no problem with that & met me for check in. She was very responsive & helpful with questions through the whole reservation process.

Nicely stocked kitchen with everything for baking/cooking, a blender, mixer, toaster. This should have been included in the description. The unit is well decorated but the complex looks like an old motel and smelled very musty.
I’m glad I bought my own cleaning supplies. I washed the coffee maker and dishes before I used them and that was before I read the check out instructions that you are supposed to wash your own dishes. Bad idea. I think putting them in the dishwasher should be sufficient and the cleaning people should take care of washing. Others may be in a hurry to check out and not wash throughly. Since they don’t allow pets I was expecting something much nicer I guess. I kept thinking I’m paying a dog sitter to stay in accommodations so much nicer than I’m in!
