Five O'Clock Somewhere is located on the ground floor at Seamist Condominiums in Port Aransas. This one of a kind "Parrot Head" condo is perfect for a couple or a small family. Recently updated, new pics coming soon. Seamist Condos are in a great location for a nice walk to the beach and still close to downtown Port Aransas. They are nestled in a quiet area away from the busy parts of town, a nearby private wooden boardwalk allows safe access to the beach. If you are looking for a great value Condo with everything you need for a relaxing stay in Port Aransas then look no further.
Seamist Condominiums is a small complex and is in a great location for the beach and downtown Port Aransas and is still in a quiet area away from the busy parts of town. A nearby wooden boardwalk allows safe access to the Beach. 1 assigned parking space. No Boats or Trailers. Non Smoking complex. Sleeps up to 4 (including children).
This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.
Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Names and ages will be required for all reservations. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.
Must be 25 to reserve/stay. NO 3rd party rentals. Primary guests must be present for full stay. Only named guests permitted on property. No Parties.
As a reminder if your reservation falls between the dates of March 6-23rd if any guests are under the age of 25.
The reservation will be subject to extra scrutiny, and we reserve the right to cancel due to the age group of guests.
We do not allow parties or large groups. We aim to remain family friendly.

Had a great time at the condominium. Would’ve been better if the neighbors would’ve been quieter. But all the other stuff was provided and were accommodated to very good.

The location of this Condo was great. The layout of the place was great. We were not able to check in till super late but the property management company made accommodations for us to late check in. What’s underrated is the parking lot. The parking spots are spacious, so loading and unloading was easy! Overall 10 out of 10 from our family.

Kitchen drawer was broken, door locks didn’t feel sturdy, bathroom tile was moldy, trash was still in the can upon arrival. Boardwalk has stairs so beware if you plan on using it with lots of stuff. Hosts did come help unlock bathroom door after my daughter locked herself in. AC was cold in bedroom but didn’t get as cold in the living room area. Probably wouldn’t stay here again, older property. Also the pool didn’t look like it had been cleaned in some time.
