Perdido Key is just across the Alabama-Florida state line and offers you a quieter, family friendly area of the Gulf Coast for your next Getaway! Just a short walk from the world famous Flora-Bama. Boat owners will find 2 Docks and On-Site Trailer Storage (boat slips available on a first come first serve basis). Area activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

2. This resort is Smoke-Free. NO Smoking in condo, on balcony or common areas.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

We had an absolutely wonderful Thanksgiving stay at the condo at Needle Rush Point. The space was warm, welcoming, and beautifully appointed. The real wood floors were stunning and added so much character and charm, and the artwork from New Orleans was truly special—unique, soulful, and thoughtfully curated, giving the condo a rich sense of personality and culture. Everything felt comfortable, stylish, and well cared for, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the holiday. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again!

Really enjoyed everything about this condo and the entire property. I specifically wanted a first floor unit but there were two down sides to being on the first floor. The dunes blocked the view of the beach but this wasn't a show stopper. We did however experience a lot of noise from unit above... nothing extravagant, just a heavy walker and the screech of chairs sliding back and forth at the dining table. For this reason, i would choose a higher floor on future trips.
