House was built in 1974 with amazing landscaping. You will be able to rent out the separate guest house above private garage with a private entrance.
Access to Pool during warmer months. Private sunroom that oversees pool.
Close to Historic Downtown
Access to private garage. Private entrance to apartment directly above the garage. Access to pool and backyard space, great for for relaxing.
The unit is above the garage and comes with a one bedroom, a full stocked kitchen, living room, dining area and bathroom.
The unit DOES NOT have a washer and dryer.
My family and I live in the main house. We do not allow parties or events, and all visitors must be approved.

Excellent location. Beautiful trees surrounding the property. Huge amount of living space. Kitchen was fully stocked. The mattress was so comfortable.
Communication was prompt and accommodating. Thank you for a great overnight stay.
