THE SPACE
The home features two bedrooms with king beds (both upstairs, each with its en-suite bath), living room, kitchen and a fenced in backyard.

LIVING ROOM: Three-cushion sofa (can be converted to a sleeper couch ) , a coffee table with decorations, Flat TV, indoor fire place, dining table with 4 chairs

KITCHEN: Fridge equipped with water dispenser, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooking, eating utensils as well as sufficient cups and glasses. Last but not least, the kitchen is furnished with a breakfast bar.

MASTER BEDROOM: King bed with plushy mattress, two nightstands with lamps as well as various decorations and a 40" Flatscreen Smart TV, ceiling fan +alarm clock with charging station

MASTER BATHROOM: Walk-in shower, vanity with sink + mirror, toilet

SECOND BATHROOM: Shower / Tub Combo, vanity with a single sink with mirror, toilet

BEDROOM 2: A King bed, two nightstands with lamps, a drawer with mirror, ceiling fan + a smart TV, charging station

Damage protection: The $39 charge listed as ''Administrative fee'' on your quote covers you for accidental damages. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash damage deposit. For smoking odor removal, we will still charge the deposit.

Please note that if you are using Expedia, and are bringing pets, we will need to collect $150 for pet fee after the reservation is confirmed. We only allow 1 dog under 40lb.

For the safety of our guests and our property, we use a standard guest verification and damage waiver program. After booking, you will receive a link from our 3rd party provider Truvi to verify your identity and electronically sign our rental agreement. This is a standard requirement for all reservations and takes just a minute. Please note that your reservation is pending until the above mentioned items are completed. Failure to complete the verification may result in the reservation being canceled per our house rules.
