About this house rental

A quiet, 2nd floor, 2 bedroom carriage house, close to downtown historic Roswell. Come and enjoy the wonderful historic sites, sample an assortment of over 22 highly rated restaurants, wander through beautiful art galleries, visit our quaint downtown shops and benefit from close access to local special events facilities. Come enjoy our beautiful new carriage house, built by local custom builder. The property is private and completely separated from our main house. It is our goal to provide you with all the comfortable amenities to ensure an outstanding stay! Whether you are in town celebrating at one of the local wedding venues, here on business or just visiting for a romantic getaway we know that you will enjoy your stay in our private second floor apartment. The nicely furnished carriage house has two beautifully appointed bedrooms, a full bathroom and kitchenette - all with high end finishes. Great amenities include a coffee maker, fully stocked kitchen, a large desk for your working needs, and snacks! Includes a private on property parking area. Just a few miles to Georgia 400. Great restaurant in close range of downtown Roswell Alpharetta/JohnCreek and the great Alvon Mall, Northpoint Mall.

We live on the property and are here to offer recommendations to local dining and entertainment establishments and ensure your stay is comfortable. If you are coming to Roswell, we know you will be delighted if you spend time in our rental! We hope to see you soon.
