*** Check out is at 10am sharp. If the cleaning crew arrives and you and your guests have not checked out. There will be an additional fee charged to you.

We found this rental to be very clean and well stocked.Having linens and towels provided was new for us and it was awesome!It was a very short drive to several beaches and the location was very accessible to the places we always frequent while still feeling very secluded and quiet.

Perfectly private from street. Beach close by. The beach pass such a plus.

This was a perfect house for our group’s trip to cape cod. Excellent communication with the host. She set up the beach pass for our car and made it super easy for us. And she checked in on how we were doing often, though we didn’t have any problems. Property was clean and very well stocked with almost everything we could need. Great spot for kids on a dead end road with private safe backyard. Even has safety gates on the deck! So much space for us all to spread out. We would definitely stay here again!
