This lovely and spacious home is located on Little Lagoon in Gulf Shores. The exterior of the home has been recently painted in a beautiful ombre of pink hues! The colors are perfect for a vacation home! The views are spectacular from every room and from all 6 porches! And, there is plenty of space for multiple families with three floors of bedrooms and bathrooms! You will never want to leave! This is a duplex and our house is on the West side with ample parking on the west side of the driveway for vehicles as well as a boat trailer. And, we share a large saltwater pool with the guests in the East unit! Beach access is a short walk (3/10 mile) down 13th Avenue. We also share a private pier for fishing and crabbing! Your family will love this!

1st floor: Guest Bedroom facing North with Queen Bed, Hall Bathroom, Kitchen, Dining & Living Room (sofa isn't a sleeper)

2nd floor: Guest Bedroom facing North with Queen Bed with adjoining bath, 2 sets of twin beds in the open area in the middle FOR CHILDREN, washer & dryer, hall bathroom, and South facing bedroom with Queen Bed

3rd floor: Guest Bedroom facing North with Queen Bed and adjoining bathroom, Master Bedroom facing South (lagoon) with King Bed and adjoining bathroom

When you arrive, you will park underneath the house and take the stairs to the 1st floor. As you step inside you are greeted with fabulous views! To the left (North) is the first bedroom named "SEASCAPE" with a queen sized bed and a balcony for enjoying views of the Gulf of Mexico! The entire floor shares a full bathroom in the hallway leading to the kitchen. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you will need including pots and pans, plates, glassware, utensils, a standard coffee maker and a Keurig etc.! The kitchen bar seats 4 and the dining room area seats 4. The living room has beautiful lagoon and pool views! We have a brand new smart tv in the living room for you to enjoy!

As you enter the 2nd floor you will immediately notice the super fun bunk room! We have two sets of bunks and a tv hanging on the wall for the kids to enjoy! To the left (North) is our second bedroom named "COZY RETREAT" with a queen sized bed, a balcony and an ensuite bathroom. The bunk room and the South facing bedroom on this floor share a full bathroom in the hallway leading to the next bedroom. ***Also, there is a stackable washer and dryer next to the bunk room and the hall bathroom*** The 3rd bedroom (South) is named "PALM PARADISE" with a queen sized bed and balcony to enjoy those gorgeous lagoon views!

As you enter the 3rd and last floor, you will find our 4th bedroom (North) named "FLOWER GARDEN" with a queen bed, balcony and ensuite bathroom. As you head South down the hall, you will find the grand Master Bedroom with a King bed, a private bathroom, walk-in closet and balcony with Lagoon and Pool views. You will LOVE this room!

The Duplex shares the pool with the East side of this property. The East side is owned by a couple that lives there, so the pool may be shared with them. There are plenty of lounge chairs for everyone! And, behind the pool is a boardwalk pier that takes you to Little Lagoon! We offer our guests a CHARCOAL GRILL, PICNIC TABLE, and a deck box with a few beach supplies and toys for you to use during your stay with us !

This Duplex is located at 1432 W. Lagoon Avenue in Gulf Shores, AL which is one block from the beach and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. There is FREE WIFI, and we provide linens, however, you will need to bring your own beach towels. And, we have standard coffee maker and a KEURIG in the kitchen! Our cleaning company provides a "starter pack' of items which is one of each, so you will need to bring extras....toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, laundry detergent etc. We email a suggested packing list to all of our guests!

POLICIES:

*NO smoking (not on the balconies and not around the pool either)

*Check-in is at 4pm (NO exceptions)

*Check-out is at 10am (NO exceptions, you will be charged extra if you leave later than 10am)

*You must electronically agree to our rental agreement at booking.

*Rates subject to change until time of booking

*You must be 25 years old to rent this home

*No pets allowed.

*Note: A starter set of paper towels and toilet paper are in the condo. Please bring extra if you plan to stay more than a couple of days.
