The location was amazing. The home was very well laid out with plenty of space for our group. Our main concern (which we wish we would have know prior to renting, is that the floors in the home are not safe. They are very spongy to walk on and the floor will sink far enough when you walk on it that the laminate flooring will split in two. The home has had some kind of water damage that has not been addressed and was covered over with a laminate flooring. The house cleaning crew did an immaculate job, the house was spotless. Everything looked very nice.

Love the layout of the home, the multiple large bedrooms and bathrooms on the gulf front side. Large kitchen. Beautiful natural light flowing through multiple windows. It just needs a little love and attention.

The bathrooms were beautiful, and the rooms were spacious with pleasant lighting. The kitchen area was open and inviting, making it a great space for gathering. We also loved the convenient beach access—it was a definite highlight of our stay!
