Enjoy your next vacation getaway in this beautiful 5 bedroom/3.5 bath home located in the amenity-rich Bear Trap Dunes Community. Available to guests with an amenity pass, a large outdoor pool, a heated indoor lap-sized pool, hot tub, two saunas, indoor showers adjacent to the pools, six Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball courts, ping-pong, a well-appointed fitness center, outdoor theater, onsite restaurant, shops, and two playgrounds. Golf may be purchased through the Pro Shop. To access these amenities, renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association. Passes may be purchased up to the allotted housing limit by accessing the website or purchasing at the Pavilion during normal operating hours. Children under the age of 4 do not require a pass.
There is plenty of space for your whole group with 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are located on the first floor and the 3 additional bedrooms are located on the second. You will find the Owner's bedroom with a king bed on the first floor and the attached private bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom, with a queen bed and private bath, is on the first floor as well. A short hallway leads to the open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area.
The living room has a large and comfortable sectional sofa and TV for movie night. The kitchen is well-stocked and has everything you need to create an excellent home-cooked meal. The dining area sits off of the kitchen, with additional seating at the large kitchen island.
The second floor offers 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed with a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds and a ceiling fan and the final bedroom has 2 twin beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
For additional space to unwind, you can spend time in the screened-in deck off of the dining area or the paver patio and fenced back yard.
