This property has two pools and a boardwalk over the dunes to the beach and is just a short drive to old historic downtown St. Augustine which offers many historic sites, the fort, ghost tours, art galleries, museums, fine shopping, and wonderful restaurants.

From the day we arrived until we departed everything was great with only one exception. There was a storm in early October which put down 6 inches of rain in a few hours. The rain flooded the parking lot and endangered all the sedans( non 4x4) and made it impossible to drive anywhere for several days. Otherwise it was a great stay and we loved our time there.

Our condo was not cleaned properly before we checked in but the property manager was very apologetic and refunded us our cleaning fee. Overall the condo was excellent. Comfortable furniture and beds. I enjoyed the quietness of the corner top floor unit and the view. Would stay here again for sure!

We love St. Augustine and have been coming for years. We’ve stayed at many condos. The view was beautiful and the beach amazing! They had extra beach chairs and a boogie board which we were very thankful for. Although this condo was very clean, it was not what we expected. The furniture in bedrooms are beat up, dishwasher pulls out part of cabinet when trying to open, and the appliances had rust on them. The dryer was covered in rust as well. Compared to others we've stayed in , this one disappointed us. The grounds are neglected as well. With all that being said, we loved our family time and will be back to St. Augustine just not this condo.
