The location and space of this condo are excellent. It easily slept six adults, and there is plenty of common space The upkeep is lacking, and the layout is a bit quirky. In its current state, I would not consider this a luxury condo. It has potential though. Because of the space and location, I would stay again.

Large unit, well equipped kitchen made it easy to cook meals. Great views and quick walk to the beach. Quiet area and large pool.

Views and location were wonderful! Whenever this condo was built, it definitely was a luxury condo. It needs some serious updates and tlc now. Upon checkout we notified the host of the serious health/safety issues but got no response. One bedroom ceiling has black mold above the window stretching the entire length of the wall in a strip three inches wide. Fire detector mounting plate is on the ceiling but the fire detector is missing. There is a ball of wires sticking out of the bottom of a bedroom door frame covered in dust bunnies probably from an old unprofessional modification. One bathroom was modified definitely not professionally. Toilet was moved into what might have been a closet. When seated you can almost wash your hands at the same time. We discovered the toilet paper roll is mounted on the inside of the sink cabinet which cannot be opened unless you are standing because your knees will not allow the door to open. Solid surface countertops in the kitchen are cracked all the way through from front to back in several places. Ceramic sink in the kitchen is spiderweb cracked entirely. Pretty much all of the furniture is very old with the exception of the living room and dining room furniture. Looks like the luxury vinyl flooring is relatively new also. Kitchen appliances, dishes and such are nice. Large patio was nice to have! With some updating and tlc this could be called luxury, but not now.
