We had a nice stay overall. There was a misunderstanding about the check-in day, so the apartment wasn’t ready on time, which was a bit inconvenient. However, they made up for it by kindly providing our family with passes to the alligator farm, which we really appreciated and enjoyed.

The location and space of this condo are excellent. It easily slept six adults, and there is plenty of common space The upkeep is lacking, and the layout is a bit quirky. In its current state, I would not consider this a luxury condo. It has potential though. Because of the space and location, I would stay again.

A lot of walking for our senior parents. There’s only one elevator for the whole complex. The beach access required walking over dunes that our parents couldn’t handle. I was thinking there was a property boardwalk for easy access. Thank goodness we could pay a daily rate to drive on the beach.
