Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Our family loved the layout, location and overlooking the bay was wonderful to wake up to! Beds were comfy, 2 bathrooms were super helpful with getting ready and a fullsize kitchen helped us save money considering we could eat at "home".

Pros: Excellent location near beach (2 blocks) and community pool. Bright, top floor condo with large deck overlooking canal. Small but still plenty of space for whole family. Overall very quiet.
Cons: Very squeaky twin beds kept waking up the kids, and parents ended up uncomfortably buried in the middle of the super soft queen bed (one of us ended up sleeping on the sofa bed mattress on the floor). Dryer is a fire hazard (lint collector was burnt with 2 holes). Half of plastic deck chairs broken, and no working fan (or window) in master bathroom.
Tips: Bring 3 blackout curtains and painter's tape. Bring a rubber spatula, large cutting board and sharp knife for any cooking or chopping anything larger than an apple (no wonder the counter has knife marks on it). Trash truck comes early Sunday morning.

Nice and roomy! Mattresses are all comfortable but the twin size bed frames are EXTREMELY loud! You can't move without loud squeaking. We moved the mattresses to the floor after the first night. Would be nice to have an umbrella on the deck outside as there is not covering since it's on the 3rd floor.
