Just three blocks from the ocean beach, this condo also provides easy access to the community’s outdoor pool and the 58-acre Northside Park. This property was perfect for our family. It was a short walk to Northside Park, a short walk to the beach, and was right next to the outdoor pool. We loved being on the canal. The place had a full kitchen for making meals, and plenty of room for everyone to sleep. We will definitely be staying here again.

Love the property and location. However, the check-in/out location was not convenient , and we never received the vouchers I selected when booking. The condo location is at 125th street and the the check-in/out office was at 34th street, felt like a needless battle of traffic just to check-in. Other years we were able to check-in/out at a much closer location.

this was a lovely unit. my husband and i vacation in OC every year the week of July 22. His birthday week. and i must say this was one of the better unit we stay in, in our 17 years coming to OC. the pool right out the front door. the unit was spotless and had felling of home. Hope to get the same unit next year.
