Unwind on the gated corner deck overlooking the serene canal—step down directly to the dock or simply take in the sunset and seasonal fireworks. The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with cable, radio, and DVR with a large selection of movies. The bedroom features a queen bed, twin bunk beds, and a flat-screen TV. Additional conveniences include a stacked washer/dryer, beach chairs, umbrella, beach and pool toys, and board games for cozy nights in. Just three blocks from the ocean beach, this condo also provides easy access to the community’s outdoor pool and the 58-acre Northside Park. Enjoy walking and biking paths, playgrounds, piers, ball fields, and year-round events, all within walking distance of local favorites like Dumser’s Dairyland, Starbucks, restaurants, shops, and entertainment along the northern end of Coastal Highway. 3 PM Check-in Only
This property rents Saturday - Saturday in the summer, but does allow flexible 3 night stays in the Fall. No pets , No smoking or vaping. Rents to families and responsible adults over the age of 25.

This property was perfect for our family. It was a short walk to Northside Park, a short walk to the beach, and was right next to the outdoor pool. We loved being on the canal. The place had a full kitchen for making meals, and plenty of room for everyone to sleep. We will definitely be staying here again.

Love the property and location. However, the check-in/out location was not convenient , and we never received the vouchers I selected when booking. The condo location is at 125th street and the the check-in/out office was at 34th street, felt like a needless battle of traffic just to check-in. Other years we were able to check-in/out at a much closer location.

I love this unit and this was the 4th year that I rented it. Unfortunately, this year I had to rate the cleanliness and online accuracy as low because of the strong odor of cigarette smoke that lingered all week it was also obvious that someone tried to heavily perfume it. The unit is advertised as non-smoking and this was NOT acceptable. I called the management and basically was told sorry for the inconvenience. No one came to check. I wanted non smoking for a reason and this was a big disappointment. I really should get a refund.
