It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. I rented this unit as a Christmas gift for my nephew and his family. They had a great week in Ocean City and loved the unit. Will consider staying there again.

Location was great, the elevator is a plus. The carpet is filthy and needs to be replaced with a laminate flooring, the sofas need to be replaced.
