About this apartment rental

Spacious condo steps away from downtown Traverse City and West Grand Traverse Bay. Our 2 bed, 2.5 bath has just the right amount of space to accommodate you and your friends or family. We are on the east side of downtown TC near The Little Fleet and some of the best restaurants, coffee and beaches. Come be our guests and enjoy our beautiful area!

We had such a fun girls trip in Traverse City and this condo was the absolute perfect location to everything. The space was clean, inviting and had all amenities you could want. John and Kelly were super responsive and sent a bunch of recommendations which were greatly appreciated being our first time. We had the best time and will absolutely be back! Thanks John and Kelly!!

My wife and I stayed at John and Kelly's condo for two nights during a 10 day golf trip. We were looking for a break from hotels stays. What a great find for our trip. The condo was exactly as posted - also a great neighborhood walkable to downtown. John and Kelly were great hosts, fast and great communication. They also provided excellent dining recommendations. We were extremely satisfied with our stay. Thank you John and Kelly for a memorable experience!!
