A great view right in the heart of downtown Traverse City. This beautiful park view condo is located directly between F & M Park & Sunset Beach Park. Walk to downtown shopping & fine dining, State Theater, National Cherry Festival activities & the Film Festival. Watch the fireworks and National Cherry Festival air shows from your own balcony. Condo has direct access to (TART Trail) bike and walking trail. Bring your bikes and lock them up at one of the bike racks provided at the condo.

(There is no elevator) The first level has an open floor plan with fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room & half bath. There is a balcony off the dinning area. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms one with a balcony. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, bedroom 2 has a twin over queen size bunk & bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds.

Good stay, conveniently located, clean, plenty of space. There is a flight of stairs to access condo - not ideal for people with mobility concerns

The location of the condo was perfect! Easy access to downtown, restaurants, shopping, etc. We had a little trouble getting in, however, VRBO and Lisa were on top of it immediately. The condo was bright, spacious and accommodated our sleeping needs. I would suggest adding nightstands/ small table/bench in the bunk room for a place to put phones, chargers and such. The top bunk is definitely not adult friendly as it moves and is very noisy. I would also suggest rugs in the living room and at the top of the stairs to reduce some of the noise when people are walking around and are different sleep schedules. That being said, it was a perfect place for our weekend getaway and we would stay here again!

We have stayed at these properties twice now; they range in star quality. This one was simply ok. We managed with 6 and only 1 shower. Furniture was okay but seemed on the lesser quality side, older kitchen, wide range of dish styles. Great location, felt secure, and the open space was nice.
