Great place to stay while visiting Astoria. The view of the water was great. The house had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay in Stateroom 2, the one closer to the water. It was really well appointed with all of the creature comforts that we enjoy at home. The aesthetic is ecclectic with a mix of modern finishes and vintage furniture pieces throughout.The views out of all of the windows in the suite were excellent and give the impression of floating on the water, especially at high tide.Overall, the property is quiet at night, being well off the main highway. This place was ideally situated for us and all of the places we wanted to go were just minutes away.We really appreciated the coffee bar which helped us bridge the time between wakeup and our daily visit to Coffee Girl on the pier.Our one minor critique was the comfort of the queen bed. We are pretty spoiled with our bedding at home and at the other properties we've visited. But everything else was just wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.

Stateroom #2 was very comfortable with wonderful cross breezes given its location on the bay. Bring a pair of binoculars to check out the water fowl and local fishing boats during both high and low tides. Astoria is beautiful.... I enjoyed discovering the shops and riverfront walks however the neighborhoods, Flavel House in particular, were just as enjoyable and fun to discover. I will definitely visit the area again !
