    Walking distance to nearby restaurants, pleasant outlook overlooking the river. Comfortable bed & clean. Water pressure in the shower was weak.

    To charge over ***for any room here is insane- but we got charged $*** for ours. Because of location?.. very run down, carpet is peaking up, bedding has holes and very uncomfortable, and one of our biggest bummers were I had called prior since we booked here since we’d have one meal covered. Our youngest has a dairy allergy so I called to confirm our reservation and ask if she’d have options especially some kind of milk substitutes. I was told yes there are always options for dairy free. We get to the breast at 8:45 and ask when we see no milks. I ask and she goes to ask and says they normally do but have been out for a while… I had called two days prior to confirm so clearly there is some miscommunication with that. Biggest issue!!! Having guests turn in pool towels back in at the pool so the hallways have puddles everywhere, including the elevator. It’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. We will never go here again especially with a $*** price tag.
